3rd Hub will never connect tried everything

The hub will go through the process of booting up and then will not connect up via digital. However if a cable is then run from the hub along the floor it works. So the WiFi is not working to it. Any ideas please Regards Tony

Are you saying you can not get any device to connect to your WiFi network, if so are you try your mobile will it connect if you are right next to your hub ?
