How do I check if I am getting 3Mb/s in every room? Thank you.

Crudely through any 'speed test' app or website while in the appropriate location.  If you wish to claim under the terms of the WiFi Guarantee, you'll need to call Sky and go through their particular diagnostic script (where they can see information from the Hub)
