My BB with another provider was coming up for renewal, on the MySky app a banner appeared offering me the first 3 months BB free along with free install and router delivery, I clicked on the banner and duly signed up, got the free install and delivery but then when my new bills appeared I was being charged for the BB.
Having phoned Sky, the advisor told me that I should have clicked another button to get the rest of the offer, she said if I'd phoned up and placed the order the operator would have added it, but now it's too late as they have already taken payment.
just a warning to others getting this offer, make sure you find this 'button', Which I don't recall seeing anyway otherwise you'll be charged, if you don't see it,then I'd advise ringing Sky and ordering that way.

I also had this offer come up on my account and switched from another provider in November last year. I had the free install and delivery but when I checked my bill for this month I was charged twice for Broadband. When I phoned Sky to explain the situation they told me that they needed proof that I got the offer but I can't find it anywhere. I was never told about the other button you had to press to get the offer.
Initially I did ring Sky to take up the offer but they couldn't find it on their system so had to do it online

That's not good. I signed on same link. Toom several phone calls and appointments to get it done. I even asked on one of the calls and the agent said it was up to the installer. If it didn't happen to ring up.. seems that is moot. I'd have not swapped otherwise
