3 green lights are showing on my router but we have no wifi

Sky tests show no problem with broadband, but we are getting no WiFi.

Ive got the same problem, whats funny my portal and alexa dot are connected but the households mobiles , Q-box and smart-tv aren't, ive turned off, reset , reconnected and still no join. I think its finally time after 13yrs of loyalty for me to leave sky
