2nd level Authentication

After connectiong my sky broadband recently. A number of my popular websites are asking for 2nd level authentication every day, sometimes twice a day! I've had a look at Sky Shield tried it with min restriction, (I have now turn Shield off)

I guess its some kinda of IP address allocation??? ANy Thoughts?

@AndrewFraser1 You should look at the website will not be anything to do with the sky side!

What do you mean by 2nd level authentication exactly? Do you mean Captchas?
