2nd Router added

Hi, this is not a new problem to me or others I'm sure but I'll ask as I can't get through to an actual person at sky.

I have sky a multi room, I've added a mini box to run a telly in the garden. To do this as its out of range of my Wi-Fi I do it using a cable into a 2nd sky router and run the mini box by cable also.

This works just fine but, during the summer season when I have this all set up it ruins my indoor WiFi connection to every device!!

The outdoor cable goes from my indoor router and as soon as I disconnect it there are no connection issues or drop outs at all.

Is there a simple fix?? Everything is sky equipment.

@The+good+Lord  If youa re using 2 routers in the setup, that is your problem.  Only 1 router should be used.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Unless you've changed it, by default the second Hub will have the same fixed IP address as the first which is also used as the LAN gateway address, and so is quite likely to break the network when connected.

The appropriate hardware is a Sky Wireless Booster, not a Hub
