2.4ghz setup

I have video doorbell that is for 2.4ghz but have skymax hub.How can I make this work?

@Jlync Read the help below very very carefully and turn off the 5Gh as a short term measure, once you get the doorbell connected turn the 5Ghz back on, you may need to adjust the wpa3-T also down to wpa2-psk mode, if so do that first!
