1gbps cable only getting 80mbps for over a week

Very slow speeds for over a week ,I have WiFi guarantee,currently paying for 1gbps but Amazon Netflix all stopping every 5 mins with buffering icon although on sky website it's showing speeds at just 80mbps for over a week so they either need to lower my bill or I will be looking elsewhere as this isn't acceptable.

It says there is a problem with your broadband let us fix it,then goes on to say unable to fix contact us says chat open till 8:30 but it's unavailable so will try to phone them in the morning thanks .
