1GB BROADBAND
Recently got 1GB SUPERFAST MAX BROADBAND INSTALLED AND YES YOU GUESSED IT MAX I GET IS EARLY 50'S AND DROPPED AS LOW AS 9'S AND OF COURSE CAN'T CONTACT SKY. I HAVE STOPOED DD UNTIL THEY FIX THE ISDUR ANYONE ELSE WITH SAME PROBLENS?

Well the good news is by stopping payment you've now started a whole load of bigger issues, namely, services will be restricted and continued non payment will lead to additional costs and even debt collection.
And you won't be able to speak to Sly to get your broadband issues rectified.

Definitely not recommended. Doing that is going to cause you additional problems. Your services will be restricted, you won't be able to call Sky, you can't cancel, late payment fees will be added and eventually Sky will involve a debt recovery company which may affect your credit rating.

Can you clarify what you mean by "low 9s" please?
A good test that will help us understand the performance that you're getting is to go to fast.com and reporting back what they land on.

It's clearly not right. All I can suggest is get your house in order regarding your side of the agreement re: payments and direct debits and hopefully someone at Sky can get this sorted for you. But if you violate the terms they won't help you, and I know you are seeing Sky as in the wrong here but 2 wrongs don't make a right and if you want support you'll need to honour your side of the contract.
