11pm outage
Every single night no internet after 11pm till 6am anyone else sick of paying for broadband daily and getting bumped think miby the bills should be hourly absolute joke complaints going in and jumping 🚢

@Drea that is very unusual while you may get a few days of loss of connection due to overnight maintenance between midnight and 5am which is unfortunately a faxt of life like overnight road works.once the work is complete your service will return to normal.
However if literally every night for weeks you lose signal from 11pm to 6am it sounds like there is some kind of external control on you service like a time clock. By default no Sky hub has a time clock built-in but you can pay extra for Sky's WiFiMax bundle that includes Parental Controls shich the account holder controls not Sky. It is therefore difficult to explain why you have this issue.

@Drea What hub and service are you using with sky! And also is it every single device on the network that stops operating! Also take a look on the app Parental controls incase something is off seetings wise if you do have sky Max!
