For the past 24 hours the wifi has been unusable. I have checked and the speed has been between 0.0-0.2mbp/s. This is affecting my ability to work from home as a Doctor. I need to get this sorted expeditiously, please can it be sorted, I have followed all the steps multiple times.

Is this connecting via WiFi? WiFi reception within a household is totally independent of the broadband speed to the hub or any device connected via ethernet cable. Test using the following (or use the MySky app on your phone) and have a read of the articles to see if any of it can help you, it may save a phone call.
