I'm having issues with my internet dropping or failing to load dynamic content.
Websites like Facebook, Hotmail, Twitter and other sites with dynamic content fail to load and require constant refreshes (see attachments of pages failing to load). I work in social media and content creation remotely and as you can imagine this is affecting my ability to work.
This happens once every 5 minutes or so. Static sites don't seem to be affected as much (although it's hard to notice as data has already loaded and/or been cached I would imagine)
I've seen a lot of reports of internet issues on here last few days, is there an active problem with Sky Broadband or is it an issue my end? This problem has been happening the last 3/4 days. I've tried the usual tricks of resetting the router, changing the DNS to 8.8.8.8, 1.1.1.1 and flushing the DNS etc.
I'd appreciate it if a member of Sky could get in contact as soon as possible to run checks on my line and help me fix this issue.
Thanks,
Jamie

I wouldn't say there have been any more than usual, given Sky Broadband has a customer base of something like six million properties.

Additional info. This is happening for both ethernet connections and WiFi.
