skyq box freezing

my main skyq box is constantly freezing either on live tv or recording and telling me there is a technical fault with the channel or recording , cant even see the tv guide most of the time.. i have done a full factory reset twice now losing all of my recordings

Like the main Topic:

My main Sky Q box is constantly freezing either on live tv or recording and telling me there is a technical fault with the channel.

All my Sky Sports Channels including several other channels that form  part of my Package has just a constant blue screen and I have tried to trouble shot everything from advice online but nothing helps.

I have escalated your post to Sky who may get in touch with you about this issue.

Look out for an email and also a blue speech bubble on the bottom of this forum page. Once the blue chat bubble appears you only have 48 hours to instigate the private chat or it will close automatically so don’t miss the opportunity. I suggest that you make sure that your email/private message notifications are switched to ‘on’ to avoid missing the alerts.
