sky go login issues

I am trying to login to skygo in my ipad however once clicking login a box appsaring saying technical issue, you cannot watch this channel, please try again later, however this is happening when i am trying to login to the app i havent even gotten far enough to try and watch anything yet therefor the error makes so sense

I have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
