@kkrishu  You're not emailing Sky via this forum, we are all customers here, no one has account access, nor would anyone know who you are or where you live.

 

You would need to provide more info for the forum to advise, what services are being installed?  If it's brioadband you can't bring the dates forward as these ar set by Openreach.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
