recordings keeping displaying 'technical fault'

on almost every recording the program either pixalates or i get error msg 'There is a technical fault with this channel. Please try again later'.  The fast forward does not work you can only move forward with the right arrow key.  If you try and use the fast forward key it just jams!  Tried resetting box etc but error still continues.  Any help appreciated TY.

@traceystaples Sounds like you need Sky to send an engineer, if you ave Sky Talk or Mobile you can call on 150 free.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
