random payment of £5 and bill unavailable on the app currently

Hi!

 

I am new to sky and i have my installation date being the 27th of this month, I have downloaded the sky app to manage my account etc. 

Only issue seems to be that my bill is not available yet but I want to check what my first payment will be. 

I was also charged £5 from sky on the day of the ordered but I can't quite figure out what it was for.

You first bill will be taken 14 days after the activation date so you might need to wait until just after the installation to see what it will be, it might be worth reading this as your first two will be higher as they will cover a long date period than the usual 4 weeks:
