Scheduled recordings are not recording. The red R is by the program on the tv guide suggesting it is recording but then the program finishes it then states in planner its failed!! Also the red light/button is not showing on the box!!
Please help as getting frustrated now as I thought it would be a straight swap from from TV to another becasue if I disconnect from my LG Smart tv back to my samsung the sky works perfectly so dont understand. All cables connected and rebooted and rebuilt the planner but still no joy. Please help? thanks

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou could try a planner rebuild:
Press Services on your remote
Select Help
Select Sky+ Rebuild
This should take no longer than 10 minutes, don't do it if you are recording or due to start recording something.

Check out the signal strengths in Services > Settings > Signal. All 4 white bars should be at least half way across.
