need packaging to return my internet equipment

ive been asked to return my sky internet equipment , but have no packaging

@j+peelAlso when returning the equipment, keep the evidence that you posted it in a safe place. Keep this for up to 6 months as Sky in many other times say they have not got the equipment back and try to charge the customer.

 

If this happens you can use the evidence to show them that it was returned and there should be no charge.
