my program menu is in black and white, why is that?
I have a new Sky Q box, but the programme menue is in black and white, it is usually is blue.
Also how do i delete my hi-fi remote from the sky Q remote, it is not working properly so i need to remove it.
it is very easy to pair but there is no delete method.

@Gibbs35 sounds like you have activated the high contrast setting for people with poor sight this page explains how to go back https://www.sky.com/help/articles/using-the-accessibility-settings-on-your-sky-q-box
You can reset the remotes by pressing 7 & 9 together until the led blinks. Then you can reprogram the remote by pressing 1 & 3

Hi @Gibbs35 1. You have it set in high contrast mode, switch it off in the accessibility menu. 2. You can initialise your remote by holding down 7 & 9 until the led flashes 4 times. However it should not be necessary as pairing it again deletes the old settings.
