incentive card wont activate

@amanda1849 it is an automated message when you call anyway. You just put in the details and then they say they will post activation code in 3-5 days

I have given up after months. Edenred admitted the card 'may have been faulty', sent me a new one, didn't work AGAIN!! Pointless. Both companies refuse to take responsibility. This is added on to the fact that when they moved my equipment to my new address I lost all my sky VIP rewards. No recourse. The only thing that keeps me with sky is their disability customer service (and that's being ruined by people not being made to prove their disability).

Mine only has the customer services number I can't find the 8 digit code anywhere on mine

To activate card it's the number on back, top hand side.

Hi, I am trying to activate my edenred incenitve cars with no success after 5 attempts.

I follow and answer all questions on page one, I read the T's&C's advise I am not a robot press next and all I get is a blank page.

I read via Youtube that I need to use Java Script, which I have done and still absolutely nothing.

I see that there are many similar comments from other customers having the same trouble.

This looks bad for both Edenred and Sky.

What can I do - please assist

@kintbury81  It is edenred you need to contact as it is they who issue the cards, Sky has no access to their systems at all.

You'll have to ring Edenred sadly. I gave up in the end. My friend never got hers for my introduction. It's a mess

ring the sales team number press 0 then 2,  wait on the line to speak to an agent he/or she will sort out any issues you may have i.e  with a pin , activating the card etc.

I had the same issue with my card, I sent a email to - 

cardholderservices-   uk @@edenred.com

(delete the spaces in the email, sky would not let me post the email) 

and with in 5 minutes I had a reply and my card was activated, I would recommend just contacting that email address straight away and not faffing around on their website

After 3 days and 5 phone calls, I did manage to get my card activated.

The next quest now is to try and spend my €50 ,, will post here and tell how is was..
