im looking to move to sky from virgin fibre optic, my existing BT line is damaged from previous owne

Im looking to move to Sky q, from virgin fibre, there is an existing phone line but has been damaged. will sky arrange for connection of a new line, if not what do i do.

I also did not have a working BT line when I moved from VirginMedia. In fairness to Sky they arranged for a new line installation with Openreach with no charge. 👍

If Openreach have a record of a line being at the property then its likely an order with Sky will result in a remote activation. If then your service does not function due to a damaged cable then Sky will organise an engineer to fix it
