Mine changed to "Awaiting dispatch", doesn't show dispatched yet, keeping my fingers crossed to whether we get it this Friday or next week.

I ordered mine on Friday (release date) Pro max 256GB with a delivery date of 24th. Still no update to my order or despatch notification. I'm guessing it won't be delivered tomorrow. ☹️

Nothing for me either and no order updates on the order tracker. Maybe they meant September 24 2022 😞

I spoke to sky today because I hadn't received a txt from dpd yet sky told me I had a delivery spot for today and its definitely being delivered. Hope so

What does your status say on your mysky account for the preorder?

Just says on pre.order and the tracking bit says to contact them for an update but yeh they told me on the phone that its coming today. Better had. I may ring back and ask for a tracking number actually I forgot before

Called SkyMobile and got the same reply from them as LFC here. They also have me a reference number and said I should be able to get further info on the delivery with DPD but people at DPD simply stated that they did not have any parcel for delivering to my address for today. This is weird but yeah, it seems Sky is just saving face promising delivery to everyone today while in reality it won't happen today.😔

I've just been onto them again and was told by a different agent that there's nothing on account to show delivery today so they have messaged their manager to listen to my call and they said others have probably been told the same thing as I told them I wasn't happy at all. What a joke!

So what's the bottomline here? I get it that they won't be delivering our orders today because of the massive number of preorders they might've received, but when will they? The mysky website doesn't provide anymore clues for that than their incompetent customer service reps over the phone!

I was told they don't have a time frame and to just keep an eye out for confirmation email whenever that may come. And ya get one or some advisors telling people false information that their delivery is today. Not great sky! So it could be a while before it comes we don't know

I've just received a text from Sky saying that they will deliver mine by the 5th October
