hazy picture

My screen went black few a fe seconds and then picture returned with this foggy haze. Can't seem to get back to the normal clear pic. Haven't found anything online that refers to the same issue. Any ideas? Have attached a picD2347205-84C3-4826-96AC-EB27D985B7DA.jpeg

@mike358  Try a reboot of your box to rule that out, power down for 30 seconds then power back on and see if it's made any difference.  If not then it is likely the TV at fault, if you have any other devices to check the picture on that would help diagnose if it's the tv at fault.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
