I have been using the free discovery plus for 12 months. When the 12 months was it was asking me to upgrade. I have contacted sky who said you get another 12 months so I activated however it still says upgrade now. I contacted discovery+ and they said there side is all signed up. So they said it was a sky problem.
I now getting frustrated as I have reset the box updated the sky software but it still saying upgrade now. Is there anyone who can help?????
