connection on box drops in and out

My connection to my Sky Q box drops out and in on its own or I have to re connect myself, there is nothing wrong with my internet Fiber optic 300meg down 100 up, no other appliance looses any think.

This is very annoying please help,

I spoke to one of you colleages aprox month ago he told me to move a few items, which I have done, NO differance,

 

please help with this, t

It sounds like you are not on Sky Broadband as Sky do not provide those specific speeds on their packages?

No im not Im with Trooli, but had this problem for a while even  when i was with :Plusnet.

How far away is the Q box from the router?

Is it out in the open or tucked away? 

Are there any other devices near the Q box that have an internet connection? If so do they work as expected?
