charged more than i should

i have been charged over £80 for my contact this month but when i go on my sky account it tells me my contact this month is only £43 can somone help me with this

Are you saying that Sky have taken £80 from your account when the bill in total comes to £43, if so was last months bill paid ok ?

yeah i paid my bill by direct debit and last month it was fine this month they tried to take £80 out went on my account and it says £43

Yeah they took £89 x
