change address for installation

I have booked a sky engineer to install SkyQ but am now moving house and want to change the address for the installation. how  do I do this?

Hi @ROB2873   Your personal number for Sky can be found in the My Sky App VIP section. Unfortunately telephone numbers are blocked in this community.

Just ignore the messages at the start of the call and remain on the line for as long as you can and don't hang up when asked to do so.
