catch up tv

I have always downloaded new seaon series like NCIS  New Orleans plus others, but when i check back on catch up the new series has stopped halfway through, does anybody know whats happened

Are you talking about series 7, if so an new episode is being broadcast each Sunday so is added to catchup just afterwards. The entire 7th series isn't on boxsets so you will have to wait until the episodes are added to Catchup each week.

I am sorry to say catch up is only giving me the option of only 4 episodes all of which i have watched i believe were on episode 7

Episode 7 is being broadcast this Sunday at 10pm on Sky Max so 6 episodes are currently available so how are you looking for them are you using the search ?

@milly Yep, if you go through the Catch Up Tile to Sky Max, it does only show 4 episodes. As @caesarome suggests, searching from the Home Page (which is what I always find easier anyway) finds all 6 to download.

This is always happening to me, the screen just cuts out. Dont bother calling Sky though cos they just tell you to upgrage to Q. As if we dont pay enough for this shoddy service already

I don't think that is what they mean, I think they mean that the rest of the series hasn't appeared in catchup which is why I explained that the episodes are being added weekly, it is just this member has used the phrase "cuts out" when they mean "no further episodes".

No, nothing about the screen cutting out as you mentioned. Different issue.
