cant find film

I rented a film on my laptop,to watch on my tv, when I look for my libary on my tv I cant find 'my library' or the film I rented,any advise please

I'm afraid you can only watch a rented film on the device used to rent it ie your laptop. You need to rent it on your TV to watch there. This only applies to rentals not purchases.
