cancelling my account

I have tried numerous times to contact SKY as I have been advised on a previous contact that in order to cancel my sky subscriptions I needed to contact them again on the 28th December, The number gived in the Contact Us is not accessible. I can find no email address to contact , so this appears to be my only way of contacting sky. I moved house and could not use Sky anymore so they still insisted I had to finish out my contract. I advise them of this and although they cancelled my sports they did not also state in that message that my real requirement was to cancel altoghther. I have been trying to find a way to contact them for the last week. I am fed up with their service and find the customer service non existant!

Please cancel my subscription immediately.

You're not contacting Sky here, I'm afraid and you won't be able to cancel via the forum, not least because Sky have no easy way of establishing who you are.

@longga  We are all customer here we cannot cancel your account.


You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

If you're referring to Sky broadband, you would normally cancel by moving to a new provider (except Virgin)
