access to STV

I had STV along with other ITV channels on my "manual add on" until this morning - when I accidently deleted it is there ANY WAY I can access STV again with or without sky.  I do not think I have sky Q just a box

@1bugthedug this site https://rxtvinfo.com/itvstvutv-satellite-manual-tuning has the necessary information for you to manually tune on your old Sky box.
