Your viewing card is no longer active

I can't watch tv any channel and all recording is gone it showing me a message that my viewing card is no longer active it was working all day all good suddenly it got stopped

Are you in the process of upgrading to Sky Q if so and if you have been sent a new viewing card then try using that one in your Sky+ box.
