Why is the cricket not displaying in Cricket on Demand?

When I select Sport -  Cricket - Cricket on demand - England v New Zealand 3rd Test Day 1 Bitesize I get the message "Sorry, there are currently no programmes of this type available"

This is the same for all the Tests and days.

Why is this?

Perhaps there was a temporary fault as Day 1 and Day 3 are working for me.

Do you have the Sky Go app installed on a device to see if you can watch these or remote download them to your box ?

On Skype they are listed but clicking through I get the message " these shows are no longer available on demand".

I would send an email to the Viewer Relations team about this - viewerR@sky.uk

 

Let them know what type of Sky box you have.
