Why and when you suspended my account?

Hello,

Before I went on my holiday the payment of £51 was pending. I am still not at home. I would like to know why my account was suspended while I did not cancel the payment? I have paid the outstanding amount of £76,but my account is still suspended.

You are talking to Sky customers only on here and not Sky support so could the payment have failed for some reason, because if Sky were unable to take it they would have tried again 10 days later and it is only after the second attempt would your services be suspended.

 

As we as paying the outstanding amount you will need to setup the payment method again and once the payment has been cleared your services will be restored.
