Whitelistng

I am not receiving authentication e-mail that I need to access a website. This used to come though no problem. I've contacted the website support group and they've asked me to whitelist their e-mail address in my Sky e-mail account. Any ideas?

I don't believe Sky|Yahoo has a whitelist. Have you checked it's not in you spam folder online.

Do you have another email address that you can use with this website, if not then try setting yourself up a Gmail one to use with it.
