Hi there my Internet hasn't been working since I got it in nearly two weeks ago and I've been trying to get in touch with use but no response I've all the things abt connect in the lines still nothing ime not happy at all and I've had to use my phone for the Internet and it has cost me a fortune

• They will if you follow this advice - When you call you will be asked if the call is to do with mobile say "No"
  You will then be asked the nature of the call say " Technical "
  You will then be asked for a mobile number, give the number but DO NOT hang up when it says to do so.
  It will then ask "do you wish to hang up" say " No" you will then be put in the queue for an advisor.
