Firstly @Maria+black in case you aren’t aware, you aren’t talking to Sky on here as this is primarily a customer helps customer forum and there will be no automatic contact from Sky as a result of your post on here. We obviously have no account access.
Re your bill - Could any of your previously discounted deals have expired? You would have been notified of their end date when you first took them out but at present you don’t get reminders prior to them ending. You could compare a previous bill to your latest bill and see where the amounts differ.
If the discounts have ended you will need to call Sky to try to negotiate a new deal which will require another minimum term contract, although Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount. If you sort something to your satisfaction make a note of the date it’s ending.
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/been-overcharged may help explain.
Re cancelling- If you are out of contract you will need to contact Sky to reduce any part of your Sky TV package or cancel it completely giving the required notice of 31 days. If you are still in a minimum term deal you can’t usually cancel.
Select ‘Need more help’ at the bottom of the following link which will lead to a phone number. https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv
(Make sure the flag in the bottom right corner is the correct one).
UK customer ~ it should include a Message Us option between 0900-1930.
ROI customer ~ it’s only by calling or writing in.
