Very very slow internet
My internet has been very slow for the past few months and I'm sick of it, to watch something either on my phone or Netflix or something like that I have to turn off 90% of the devices in my house.
Usually I average at about 1.3 Mbps, but recently I've seen it drop lower than 0.5Mbps. Last week it took me 2 days to update something that was about 20gb over Ethernet
. I'm not getting what I'm paying for currently. Any help would be appreciated, as I'm stuck with what to do and am tempted to move to another supplier.

Re: Very very slow internet
Thats typical of a adsl line some 4km from the exchange. The only option is to see if fttc superfast is available . If you enter your full postal address below and copy and paste the full table we will be able to advise

Re: Very very slow internet
Hi @KP61
Your likely not going to get near the full 3mbps speed of your line due to the low upload speed. Anything sending data will saturate the connection and limit your download speed. You should look at getting fibre as speeds can be a lot higher.
