Unexpected error message on sky go on Xbox series x

Hi,

Not sure what's going on with Sky and Xbox Series X, but when I want to watch films and/or BT Sport I get an error message saying an unexpected error has occurred. 

Does anyone know how to fix this as its very frustrating I've recently also had a new Sky router installed to if that's got anything to do with it? Do I need to mess around online with the code on browser for router settings? (192.168. 0.1)
