Unable to activate new sim

Hi everyone,

Im new to sky, moving over from Virgin, mobile and broadband (long time to customer).

My account is setup, new sim has arrived. I have linked the mobile account to the sky id, it now says it's already linked when I try again.

 

However, every time I attempt to activate the sim, it says....  

 

Link your mobile account

You'll need to link your mobile account to your Sky iD so that you can manage your account online. Please provide the following details below.

  • Surname *
  • Postcode *
  • Billing details *

    Please enter the last 6 digits of your bank account numberused to pay your Sky Mobile account. What if I pay by card?

  •  
  • Continue

Now I've tried this in excess of 6 times and getting nowhere!

 Can anyone throw me a lifeline 😪

Hi Guys,

 

It seems I was having internet issues, Virgin email arrived telling me this just after I posted. Rebooted my router tried again now activated and pac entered on  Sky's system.
