Ultra HD offer not there?

Hi, I had a text from Sky with offer of only £4 a month extra to have Ultra HD, but when I click the link and sign in to my account it isn't there?

@Pritch33 If it's not taking you to the offer perhaps a call to Sky is required, if you have Sky Talk or Mobile you can call them free on 150.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
