Tv services not working
All of the interactive apps on my sky box are not connected to the Internet, however I have full Internet access in the property as I can use the Internet on my phone. Its been like it for 2 days now. I have tried resetting, turning on and off but still the same.

Have you scrolled down to 'Settings' and then 'Network' to see if you are connected to the internet? If it you can try connecting from there.

@Jggidkkrcan you use catch up to see if anything can use the internet from your box.

hi @Jggidkkr
even though other equipment is connecting to your wifi I suggest restarting your wifi Hub./router
Once the Hub is restarted then power restart your main box
Use the remote to place it into standby mode
Then remove the power to it (either switch off at mains or remove the power plug)
Wait at least 30s
Then re-apply the power & wait for it to fully restart - this may take a few minutes.
And then if necessary go into the Network settings & reset again

Hi @Jggidkkr As suggested reboot your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot.
I used to have superpowers… But a therapist took them away.
