Trying to contact Tony regarding engineer visit that did not happen.

I've tried numerous times to get through on my work breaks, it's annoying I'm spending all my spare time working 12 hour shifts on hold.  Im currently on hold now and spent the ehole twent monutes tryi g to find online chat.

 

why is it so impossible to speak to you?  Do you have an email address please?

Whatever your issue is you would be better served calling Sky support.

As said in my original post I HAD BEEN TRYING unsuccessfully, hence the post.  Was fed up of wasting g my work breaks waiting on hold.

You aren’t addressing Sky Customer Services here. This is primarily a customer helps customer forum. What was the engineer visiting to do? Was it a Sky or Openreach engineer?

Hi

 

Yes sorry, thank you.  I've just realised that.  They're coming to move the main box for full fibre as not efficient inside front door as I'm in a 3 story house.    I had wanted advised of how to get hold of them when they aren't answering phone as had tried a couple of day. But managed to speak to them now by finishing at 8.30pm as they're open until 9.   That said was still on hold for 25 min and then felt bad as someone had to take my call just before 9pm.
