Trouble with sky id

Hi,

I have the sky beta app and I can't get access to my bill anymore. I also can't get access to my details as it says my name, address and bank details don't match.

I assume you mean the MySky app (I didn't know there was a beta available). Have you tried uninstalling it and installing the latest live version of the app?

  • I would contact Sky support and sort this out, possibly recreate the account from scratch?
Passing on the tips I have learned in over 25 years as a more than satisfied Sky customer.
