Took 2 month payment

Hi sky have took two month payment out can i get a refund on the 2nd payment for next month as it has left me with no money ?

Sky wouldn't usually take two payments unless you made a payment and they then took it via your card or by direct debit. If this is the case then give them a call and they will refund the payment you made.

@Sueshesue  If you have a direct debit or recurring card payment you shouldn't need to make a manual payment as this will lead to a duplicate payment being taken.   Making manual payments within 4 days of your normal payment won't stop your normal payment from being taken.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
