Too much ‘contrast’ ?

The picture on my 55” SkyGlass TV shows too much ‘light grey contrast’ but I cannot seem to improve?
it looks 'foggy'?

@Kakney There have been lots of posts on here about people's best picture settings. Probably worth having a look through and seeing if any suit you. Personally, since the last software update, I've been happy with my picture setting at "normal". Must admit though it was a close run thing with "movie" mode.
