The Tour de France 2022 starts on Friday 01 July 2022. It is the oldest and (arguably) most prestigious cycling competition in the world. Loved by fans & riders alike and I believe one of the most watched sporting events in the world.

The French have easy access to all the action and, here in the UK we have access to live coverage on ITV4, Eurosport, Discovery + to name a few with highlight shows in the evening.

If you've never given it a try, do so - it got me into cycling all those summers ago and I've never looked back 😀

Those channel 4 highlight shows at 6pm got me into the sport
