Taken money out my bank

Hello sky has taken out the money out my bank but I need that money for children lunch for school what do I do?

@Kay96  Is the amount Sky have taken the amount they are meant to take by direct debit?

Yes but they never told me they was taking it out on later day which they normally do?

@Kay96  If your direct debit debit date falls on a weekend they will take payment the next working date.

And if they could not take a direct debit on the original date they will attempt again 10 days later, both are covered within the T & C's you agreed to when taking Sky services.
