I have the opposite problem both sky boxes and Wi-Fi switch off over night, which is very frustrating when I'm up all night, I can only use my mobiles 3G network. Have to wait till 4.30 am before it all switches back on. Spent many hours trying to figure out why...

Find out more@lucylou41 the time is out but check that your Q boxes are not set to eco power saving mode which puts them into deep,sleep from 1.30 to 5.45am. That mode turns off the wifi hot spots. Changing the power saving to Active stops that happening see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/using-the-standby-settings#need-a-hand
Otherwise a fw nights of lost connection can be down to network maintenance which cannot be avoided but should be temporary. Check if the internet light on the hub changes to yellow from green see Lights on your Sky hub explained | Sky Help | Sky.com
